URGENT CALL FOR HELP!

Once again Russia committed a horrific war crime – attacked civil infrastructure, hospitals, and even a maternity home. One powerful rocket hit Kyiv's largest pediatric hospital Ohmatdyt in a deliberate and precisely calculated attack killing and severely wounded dozens of kids, parents, doctors, and destroying a unique medical facility that cared for children with cancer, liver and kidney diseases, and other rare and life-threatening conditions, leaving little patients without care and treatment.
One of our dedicated volunteers, who previously worked there, rushed to Ohmatdyt to provide assistance. According to her report, the surviving children have been relocated to nearby hospitals. However, there is an overwhelming demand for essential supplies such as medicine and clothing.
In the face of such devastation, we cannot overstate the urgency of the situation. We appeal to your kindness and generosity during this critical time. Your support will make an immense difference in providing comfort and care to those who have endured unimaginable hardship.
Please consider donating whatever you can to support these children and their families. Together, we can offer hope and relief from this terrorist attack targeting the most vulnerable.

Goal: $20,000

Raised: $18,979

Ohmatdyt is the largest children hospital in Ukraine that specializes in rare diseases, oncology, kidney transplant and specialized surgery. Many sick children that were evacuated and/or wounded by the shelling are brought to this facility for treatment. Many of them are orphaned and/or don’t have any personal items with them, as they had to flee their homes in a hurry. With limited government funding, the hospital provides only life-saving treatment and basic food to its patients. However, these children need much more – vitamins and minerals, fresh fruit and clothes, toys and books, etc.

In the past we have raised $7,500 to purchase necessary supplements for the 14 children on dialysis, awaiting kidney transplant, to sustain them until a suitable donor is found. We are now raising more funds to help victims of July 8 devastating attack to survive while they are relocated to other facilities and to help Ohmatdyt in this difficult time.
